Returned Product Policy

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.

A refund will not be issued in the form of cash. Salon credit will be issued in the form of products, services or gift cards. There are no exceptions to these terms.

Return of a product requires at least 3/4 of the original amount of the product remaining and that it is undamaged.

All brush sales are final.

Lotus Hair Studio reserves the right not to honor an exchange at our discretion.

Return Check Policy

Please be aware that if you would like to make payment by check there is a $25 fee for any returned checks from the bank to the salon.

General reasons for returned check include:

  1. Lack of sufficient funds in the drawer account to cover the amount
  2. Stop payment order issued by its maker (drawer) to the payee bank
  3. Invalid account (account not found)

Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
  • We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24-hour notice.
  • Cancellations & “No Show” appointments cost our talented staff money.  We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service.
  • Clients who Cancel or “No Show” appointments may be asked to prepay for future services.
